unconscious. paramedics were called and soon after william lost consciousness. we don't know the specific injuries but deputies are trying to figure out exactly what happened. we are learning a man first thought to have died in a fast speed crash following the event at a show thyme speedway in clearwater shot himself. police say he started driving really fast and crashed into the man grove. when they investigated further, they found he had a gunshot wound to the head. we had a pretty gorgeous day around the bay area today with a good amount of sunshine. our high topped out in tampa at 81 degrees. 73 in tampa. 67 clearwater. 73 in st. pete. clear skies in clearwater and st. pete, but building clouds in tampa. the rest of the bay area temperatures for the most part

clearwater and st. pete clearer, tampa has a few more clouds. on and off throughout the night, check it out. the clouds will vary throughout the evening. i think there's a pretty good chance that you may see a pretty food shot of the super -- good shot of the supermoon. if you miss it tonight, you can still see it tomorrow night, since the peak is tomorrow morning you can see it both before and after. that's the great news. here's your almanac today. today our high topped degrees at tampa international airport. morning low 68. we're right about normal for this time of year. it was a pretty nice day across the bay area. a front will move in on monday. then plenty of clouds as we head through the day monday, but mostly dry. we don't expect much in the way of rain. then clearing and cooler by tuesday as a cold front moves through. current temperatures now around

for the most part. cool spot is 67 in clearwater. 73 in st. pete. 73 tampa. 75 plant city.. take a look at our satellite and radar. we are seeing some clouds move in. throughout the evening clouds will be building, so probably the best time to see at that supermoon will be earlier in the evening, because we get through the overnight hours those clouds will continue to build. a cold front is moving through the area, kind of a weak front. just isolated rain. i'm saying a 20% chance. really most areas will stay dry. a few areas down south probably the best chance to see that rain. and then tuesday and into wednesday, clearing and cooler. it looks like a beautiful mid- week with plenty of sunshine and cooler temperatures. believe it or not, hurricane season still two more weeks. we are watching something in

tropical depression. at this point national hurricane center is watching it. here it is, the supermoon, full moon, the brightest and closest to earth since 1948. and it's not going to get this close again until 2034. the good news is, if it's too cloudy tonight to see it, hopefully tomorrow the clouds will part in time for you to check it out. if you're going out on the water, looks decent monday. wind out of the north-northwest 5 to 10 knots. seas 2 feet or less moderate chop. uv index at a 5. high tide coming up next just after midnight at 12:21. your forecast looks like this, 64 tonight. plenty of clouds around. those clouds will be building. try to get out to see the supermoon earlier and when it's close to the horizon, it looks bigger. earlier evening is the best time. not as cool tonight. temperatures only dropping into
