brain bleed multiple rib fractures and is in the hospital now. great news, ace the dog has been found. yesterday we told you about the usf student saying that her dog was stolen out of her apartment, today that young lady told us the maintenance man at her complex says he saw the dog on the property and took it back to her. so ace is has agreed to a settlement in the fraud case connected to trump university. that is what a source is telling reuters. the settlement has trump paying $25 million but he does not have to admit wrongdoing. there are currently three lawsuits against trump university, two in california and one in new york. the students claim they were lure by fake promises of

>> when you see the situation, a lot of them are very grateful and thankful, they will do anything they can. >> in manatee county, ryan smith for "the now tampa bay". think about these things in our area, are there any errors -- areas in the bay area at high risk? >> you have to be dry, low humidity and gusty winds, right now we are definitely on the dry gusty winds and the humidity is marginal. behind as far as rainfall goes we have been behind since september by about three inches off average. when you look at the rainfall amounts we are actually ahead for the year, we may be dry recently, but we do still have plenty of moisture from the beginning of the year. so we are ahead by almost 9

by the time we get to the end of the weekend, conditions will change some so we are ahead of this front where rain is unlikely we are staying on the dry side and by sunday the humidity comes down even more. it will also be breezy behind the front and temperatures will be in the mid-60s, we will start to see slightly better conditions or more favorable conditions for fire danger by the end of the weekend behind the front with the wind picking up and humidity coming down remaining on the dry side. we will continue to watch the conditions, overall i would say we need to use normal commonsense strategy for trying to keep away from fires starting. as far as the temperatures go, they are going up and down in the days ahead, just how far they will dip in the mornings coming up in the next forecast. a developing story right now, questions after a

someone started shooting from a passing car killing the boy's mother and shooting six others. this happened in dyersburg northwest of met this. a six-year-old boy in critical condition, a 12-year-old and four others were treated at the hospital. they have been released. police have made an arrest but are not yet releasing details. neighbors say before the shooting a car drove through the neighborhood and passengers flashed guns out the the us attorney general is promising to step up enforcement of hate crime laws this after we found out hate crimes were up in america nearly 7% from last year. the attorney general. >> put simply this is the right and just thing to do and i want the american people to know as long as the work is necessary the doj will continue to carry it forward.>> attorney general loretta lynch says the fbi and
