down the sidewalk, winding up at city hall just behind us here and calm of speakers and -- a couple of speakers will then address the crowd about what they've been seeing over the past year. this this past year alone, about 300 people who identify as transgender have been killed. 26 of those right here in the u.s. the vast majority of those were women of color. with the spike in hate crimes nation wild recently this group is hoping to promote a message of peace, understanding and acceptance and again this is going to be st join and listen to the message they have here tonight. certainly they hopes this something that will continue long into the weeks and months ahead. to see those trends go on the downward trend to see less of this kind of crime happening. reporting live here in st. petersburg, kera mashek, abc action news. thank you. meanwhile anti-trump marches are continuing almost now two weeks after donald trump became the president-elect and here

saturday. anxiety continues to grow as president-elect trim continues to talk with politicians who have reputations for voting against the rights of the lgbt community. right now pasco deputies -- detectives are figuring out what caused this inmate to die. deputies found brandon levin dead in his cell. he was given cpr when they got there but they were unable to revive him. officials say it didn't appear to be any struggle. new developments out of pinellas park, we now know name of the man murdered an two people collecting cardboard on saturday found the body of 38-year-old joe hodges near the shop at park place just off of highway 19. the search continues for the killer. and now an update in the north port shooting investigation. police say two kids were firing bb guns and one ended up getting hit in the head and that juvenile was airlifted to the hospital but released shortly thereafter. charges in this case with r now pending. what a mess in largo.

540 gallons of untreated waste water overflowed from that manhole. it happened saturday in the 1900 block of 134th avenue north. it's cleared up now and they blame a blockage in the pipeline and stay some of the water flowed into nearby creek and as a precaution they posted signs that are also analyzing samples. well, we saw the coldest weather of the season this morning and believe it or t, colder tonight. this is a look at our actual low this is morning. 39 degrees -- low this is morning. 39 it -- lows this morning. 39-degrees in crystal river and it was 50 in tampa. right now it will temperatures are dropping -- temperatures are dropping pretty rapidly. all around the bay area this is a pretty big change temperature from -- temperature change from about 24 hours ago. you can see double digit

thanksgiving right? really warm up during thework week. the cold fronts never last that long. very temporary. that's tight here's a look outside from the river gate tower cam. it's already dropping very, very quickly now that the sun has set the temperatures are dropping quickly. now this morning, we had very, very chimely temperatures and in fact temperatures were in the 30s in some of the northern counties. 39 degrees we dropped that in crystal river. we are at 50 this morning. in tampa. but here's your weather headlines for what's ahead. even colder for this evening. and then a slow warm-up through the week but good news is, thanksgiving will be sunny and dry. so we're certainly looking forward to. that let's take a look at the current temperatures right now around the bay area as i said they're dropping very quickly. all right down to -- already down 58 in tampa and 57 in plant city and already down to 52 in crystal river. now tomorrow morning, temperatures again will be very, very chilly.

warm spot. 350 in -- 50 in seminole but 44- degrees in tampa and then check out the northern counties. 36 degrees expected tomorrow morning in crystal river and 36 in hernando and then down to the south. the temperatures in the low to mid-s. no -- 40s. no winter weather advisories for the bay area. but there are some up in northern florida. our highs tomorrow will warm into the low 60s -- i'm sorry upper 60s to low 70s and we'll rely of the 60s though. if you're traveling though right now the big weather story is in the northeast and that's heading out at this point but if you are traveling the this ioning -- this evening expect the possibilities for delays at jfk and laguardia and gnaw ark and philadelphia -- newark and philadelphia. now on wednesday which is probably the biggest travel day it looks like the weather spots as far as travel will be from the upper midwest down to the lower mississippi valley. so if you're traveling in this area, there could be some delays so certainly call ahead

thanksgiving destination. but here at home, thanksgiving looks beautiful. mild and sunny 79 degrees. it should be a gorgeous thanksgiving day. and for tomorrow in the moon time though, looks pretty nice though. very cold start in the morning and sunny and brisk by noon. 69 degrees is our forecast high. and then in the evening temperatures will drop again to below normal. but we will slowly moderate. for boaters not the best way. winds out of the north at 15 knots and seas 2 t3 inland waters and here's the tides at the st. petersburg pier. here's the forecast for tonight. we drop to 44 degrees in tampa. the coldest temperatures so far of this season with 30s even some of our northern counties. and then tomorrow, we will struggle to reach out of the 60s. 69 degrees expected in tampa. sunny pleasant and a very cool afternoon. so here's a look at your seven day forecast. our temperatures will slowly moderate as we they had through the workweek. -- head through the workweek to
