ucf now has 3 weeks left to raise the money they need to bring in new campus to downtown orlando. for months we have actually showed you these renderings here of the new plans that they've had in the works. in the work crews are still at it hence this big pile of construction here when channel 9 julie salomone went by and found out what the downtown campus will include once the money is raised. >> all of those in favor signify by saying i first board of trustees approved today a memorandum of understanding providing details about the

the weather has been crazy. el nio i think is the genesis of that wave i am watching north of bermuda now. it is off daytona beach. flags flying from north to south, 63 degrees now. temperatures with the winds dying off a little bit felt warmer today. we made it to the mid-70s, 74 sanford, 70 in titusville. this low did start as a piece of energy and the jet stream courtesy of el nio that slid all the way through here, brought us almost 3 into parade in brevard county and it is wrapping up. that storm will continue to lift through. this is bermuda and it does not look like a tropical system to me now. a lot of dry air but the system could have a chance to wrap up closer and possibly could become a full-fledged subchapter storm and the storm for 2016 is alex, only one in 4 chance it will happen. avelino but just unusual that we are talking about that. the weight in the gulf now will spread rain after midnight.
