his car. he shot out his own tire and opened fire again because he said the driver lunged at him. the good samaritan told investigators after he shot out his own tribe, - - his own tire got the driver identified as thirty-one-year-old peter neil lunged at him and he opened fire at neil. he missed and neil took off running again period the . th e good samaritan says he now has a lawyer and he would not tell us his name. the sheriffs office is investigating the shooting. he said that he became a victim because he went too far and confronted the suspect. >> it is not worth confronting the suspect.

he did rub the pink and he did brandish a handgun. >> reporter: he had hope pulling off the crime. this vehicle was waiting for him in the parking lot. if you recognize him or the suspect you are urged to call police. a member of a prominent winter park family is facing child molestation charges but a judge ruled he is not competent to stand trial period and . and it could mean that he may name - - never face trial for his crimes. >> t r u c k ee was not in court today and his attorney explained that he is still incompetent to stand trial. it has been a couple of years since he was arrested. police showed up at his home after a call came in of a man down. then they took him to the hospital.

a destructive prank is costing homeless kids and vandals is - - stole clothing and books and food for those in need. >> reporter: inside of this warehouse, they warehouse, they were storing books, toys, furniture, and more than 1800 sets of pajamas, enough to give one pair to every homeless child in the school district, but these and all of this is now unusable. barbie is covered in circles, a white powder left behind when they broke a doorknob a doorknob on the storage space and used a
