evidence. she went into this store and told an employee that she was in trouble with the police and needed help destroying evidence and an employee the tr online and figured out what she was in trouble for and contacted police. she appeared before a judge and the prosecutor took the evidence at the time of her arrest and had turned off the security passcode. while she was out on bond, the passcode was reset. they don't know while she visited the store. >> we have not had the opportunity to question the clerk. >> reporter: she denied deleting the evidence and said that she was trying to delete information from her daughter's phone. today a judge gave her a $75,000 bond on the charge. she will stay in jail for now because her bond was revoked on previous sexual battery charges. and i reached out to the store

not guilty today. he was arrested last month at his home in longwood. investigators say they caught him during an online investigation after agents posted an ad on craigslist. he remains locked up snyder without bond. former - - formal charge - - charges were filed against a man accused of kidnapping and killing his girlfriend. he left the body in the trunk of her car. he is charged with second- degree murder. he was caught last month when a concerned citizen recognized him. he could face life in prison if convicted. the deadline to center for health insurance is - - insurance is quickly approaching. more than 1.5 million people in florida have signed up since november, including 294,000 consumers in our area.

dcf and the orange county school district is launched an investigation because a kindergartner had to be rushed to a hospital after swallowing a needle sharp pin. and the father told us that his son had to go under anesthesia to have it removed. >> reporter: we got another pin that size. it is just more than 1 inch long and obviously something this small is something that a 5-year-old could easily swallow. but tonight they are investigating if that's true - - that student should have been watched. this father says his 5-year-old got a hold of a tiny pin that is now the source of a pair of investigations. the school is not giving me any answers and i should not have to see him like that.
