tomorrow and sunday, we have a pair of systems and we will talk about someday coming up. 15 mile-per-hour wind tomorrow and one of the major systems with an isolated - - storm risk coming out. our system is roughly 435 miles right now and the leading edge of the rain is moving our direction and the future track is moving in, and at 9:30 that is when we get gusts of wind, with wind easily over 30 up to 40 miles per hour, and yes, isolated tornado risks, wind, rain, and another system behind this. >> we have - - we will have a team of meteorologists tracking this system. developing tonight, we are still waiting for a resident who is the jackpot last night.

he is expected to be okay. indonesian police have arrested three men that they say are linked to an attack that isys has claimed responsibility for plotting. two people were killed and one of the victims was from canada. dcf is going to - - send a special team to investigate the family of a 15-year-old accused of killing his sister. he was taken into custody for the death of his 21-month-old sister and investigators tell us the victim's parents were home when he became frustrated and struck the girl and caused her death. he did not admit to what happened until after the autopsy. >> he was very remorseful, it was not something he intended to do and be have seen it before with adults. and you have a teenager caring for some children. >> reporter: it will be up to - -

>> investigators are trying to determine why a man crashes for - - work van into a home this afternoon. witnesses say the van was speeding and appeared to be out of control in the months before the crash and the west - - rescue crews 40 minutes to get him out of the van. >> i was getting ready to pull out and he was driving the crazy out on the road. if i had pulled out at all, he would have hit us. >> reporter: fortunately no one was at the home at the time of the crash. normally they say their children play in that part of the house. we know more on a bizarre hit and run. a 17-year-old stopped on lake underhill road and ran into someone who was inspecting his stalled car. and the passenger told investigators that he wanted to

new tonight, the sheriff is asking for citizen input on how the department should handle juveniles. which would you police are no longer arresting teenagers for minor offenses. we talked with the sheriff about possible policy changes tonight and we learned orange county deputies are not required to issue citations to those who are eligible. >> and tonight, the sheriff is taking advice on weather or not that policy should change to keep teens from going beyond those barbed wires. >> when juveniles commit violations of law, there should be consequences for their actions. >> reporter: we talked to the sheriff about his new push to look into the path - - policy. and we did some ticking and found the sheriff's office issued 334 juvenile civil

>> reporter: we also learned supervisors are encouraging deputies to issue juvenile civil citations whenever warranted. school leaders plan to survey students and business owners about the possibility of starting high school later. and bill hopes to give teens an hour of extra sleep by pushing back the start of first period closer to 8:00. and high school students need a .5 and nine per five hours of sleep and the start time is just too early. >> to move back the start time after 8:00, it is an improvement of about an hour depending on the high school. >> the option would cost $3 million for new buses and to $.5 million to operate them each year. traps are set up to catch

system. we are right on schedule and storms will continue to march our way. there is moisture feeding through the atmosphere and there are a couple of light showers. we upgraded this to 1 million watts of power because we kept having multiple storms that we were trying to shoot through. we will be ready to go. at the campus, light showers in the morning, a rumble of his - - showers, those are two new tomorrow and moving out quickly by 5:00 and it will be long gone. as you join us in the morning, will be tracking shower activity over the area with more to come. forecast models start moving the rain around 6:00 and through 9:00 in the morning. this whole line will be marching to the east around 50 miles per hour. already moving at nearly 50 miles per hour.

and the atmosphere will blow up even further than that. some gusts of wind, and heavy storms are rumbling through down toward leesburg and moving through metro orlando. the forecast model is giving an idea of the structure of the storms tomorrow. we'll get some nasty weather that will move through quickly 3:00 p.m. for trash day, bring those trash cans back in quickly because we are going to have a lot of things going around tomorrow. we will get low clouds and fog early on saturday. and that will be the best day coming up. and sunday, just like that, another low-pressure area is going to develop and move over central florida again. we could have back-to-back severe weather days. beyond this, we will quiet down

circa three people are facing charges in connection with a - - with elaborate scams to sell disney tickets. they sold undercover deputies unusable tickets. and they allegedly charged to $60 and informed them that they were selling unused tickets. a new policy could toughen penalties for illegal immigrants but opponents say it will actually cost taxpayers if that person is charged with a felony, those charges would

a land deal could cost taxpayers nearly $14 million in lost revenue. the city bought this land for $19 million with the intention of developing restaurants, hotels, and retail stores. they put the property out for bid and had only one offer for $5 million. hundreds of former law- enforcement officers are getting certified to - - federal law gives law- enforcement special concealed carry privileges. in order to be qualified, they have to pass the shooting test which is what they did today. sheriffs office is having them is an asset. there is a plan in the works to take visitors from a main parking garage to walk and obey. and they are seeking permits to put up a tram road.
