we live on the scene of breaking news in orange county. a man was found shot to death within the past hour. it happened on 19 street not far from grand avenue elementary school. feels that live in the scene. you spoke with investigators and what did they tell you? >> reporter: we said they have a witness which is important and i want to set the scene. going back starting at the scene, flashing lights investigation going on. white house with blue trim we've seen a witness talking at length with deputies the to go back and there is a shed back behind the shed between it and the corner house, at 10 house where the shooting happened.

county deputy say about one made off with cash from a bank at university and goldenrod earlier this week it before 10:00 police say a man walked into this chase bank, handed the teller a note demanding money. the teller gave him money and that's when he walked out and crossed the street into the target parking lot. hippity searched the area but could not find the suspects. detectives are reviewing video and collecting evidence that chase bank location is currently closed. this afternoon developing, talking with neighbors who heard gunshots orlando police fired at the man officers they refused to put down his gun. we updated you on eyewitness news at 4 and what we confirmed the 20-year-old man later died from injuries. janai norman joining us live at the complex where it happened. near cimmaron, lee vista. you found out the man police shot bonded out of jail 1.5 weeks ago. >> reporter: we were reported when eric provost was arrested for taking more than $88,000 out of an unlocked atm on new year's day. he bonded out of jail 2 saturdays ago, 90s before law
