making the news there as well. >> reporter: the newspapers in puerto rico are reporting on the shooting. we have read the online english translation. it's reporting that a funeral service will be held tomorrow for one of the shooting victims and that police will be there. >> this mug shot of 33-year-old jonathan rojas was taken in 2009 in puerto rico over weapons charges. the department of justice there told us today rojas was accused of having a gun without a license and of illegally making and distributing ammo. >> chaos erupted inside and outside the glitz ultra lounge early sunday afro has was gunned down. a puerto rico newspaper reports that rojas was suspected in seven violent crimes in puerto rico but there's no record of charges or convictions there.

connected to a drug organization in puerto rico. police sources say the gunman might have been hired on the island but it could have been ordered by a drug kingpin who lives in orlando. the only drug-related charge we found against rojas was in orange county for veronica gutierrez paraphernalia and that was dropped. >> local and federal investigators in puerto rico will attend rojas's funeral service tomorrow morning. >> 22-year-old joseph villalobos was also shot and killed. villalobos had only criminal traffic charges on his record in orange county. a friend of villalobos told us today she does not know whether villalobos knew rojas. >> reporter: orlando police say they're still investigating who knew whom and who did what that night. the puerto rico newspaper reports the department of housing in puerto rico would not allow rojas's mother to have

center so she will have it at her home instead. opd won't give us anymore information yet, martha. we are still on top of breaking news in seminole county where the westbound lanes of i-4 near west central parkway just reopened following a two vehicle crash. it happened just before 5:00. two people were injured in that crash. we don't know yet just how badly. we saw one car over turned. at one point there was a 2 mile back up. traffic is flowing again. a poinciana mom and her daughter have both been charged with prostitution after deputies say they were running a brothel out of their home. tracy mowatt and her daughter leslie are now in the osceola county jail tonight. we were there when a judge told them to stay away from each other and from their alleged victims if they can bound out. the three victims

the why. my investigation gives us a better idea of why officer ended up here. >> this boarded up door is a constant re minder to the family about a 911 call from a different ocoee home just before 1:00 on saturday. she said she was at bent grass avenue but the dispatcher typed in bend grass instead. that doesn't exist and the computer system didn't have smell check. a message popped up saying the address was invalid. the dispatcher followed a time saving protocol and used the cell phone towers to pinpoint a location. it was a small area that the polls -- area that it was narrowed down to. >> the woman said she was in the front yard and seemed intoxicated. at first she said

questioned further she said she didn't live there. >> for some reason cell phone towers narrowed it down more and 484 bell haven falls drive showed up. the dispatcher tried to confirm with the woman s asking her if she was at 484 bell haven falls. the callers said yes. >> that's why ocoee police were sent here. >> reporter: this 911 call won't answer any questions about the actual shooting here. that will have to be answered by the florida department of law enforcement. those answers could take weeks, even months before fdle can piece it all together. we are live in ocoee, shannon butler, channel 9, eyewitness news. >> cell phones are difficult for law enforcement to pinpoint and that has sparked a discussion about what can be done with technology to better track.

orlando made more arrests in operation nip tuck. eight women were arrested after they stole identities to pay for dental work and cosmetic surgeries like best implants and liposuction. since then three more women have been never told a judged. the same scene could be doing on in tampa. florida lawmakers have less than a month to come together on a budget. the main sticking point is a billion dollars in tax cuts. julie salmone has been going through the proposed cuts. it would be a big, big deal for students. >> reporter: on average students pay $1,200 alone on textbooks each year. students said they if they don't have to pay sales tax on them they will take it. >> the florida house of representatives approved a $1 billion tax cut break today including extending the sales

the president of osceola county's habitat for humanity branch after homeowners said they were left with homes full of problems. yesterday we showed you the broken cabinets and faucet. jeanine reyes asked about the homes. they standby their work. >> reporter: they do. nakita wilkerson said this is what happening every time she does her laundry, soapy water comes out into the backyard. habitat for humanity said this home has a four point inspection but confirmed some work is done by an unlicensed handyman. >> we showed you this video yesterday of this habitat for humanity home in need of re pairs. >> i have to put this here. >> we wanted to know what happened here and today we talked to habitat for humanity president lorraine valdes. >> the four point home

>> reporter: habitat for humanity osceola county said they have rehabbed or built 20 homes here in the county with no complaints aside from these two. we reached out to habitat for humanity international to confirm that. they told us that information is confidential. these homeowners are obligated to pay a mortgage for these homes. live in kissimmee, channel 9, eyewitness news. a welcome center for veterans and active military is schedule today open this summer at oia but we found out it still needs a lot of funding. they raised 60% or $400,000 of the goal. they said they're confident they will be able to get the other 40% so they plan to break ground in two weeks. >> it's an oasis for the military to sit and relax and meet with their family and enjoy a temporary comfort of home
