this couple won a powerball jackpot the rest of us could only dream about and they did it with just one ticket. >> it's been like 30 years of playing those numbers. >> new this hour, they are opening up about how hard it was to keep their huge jackpot a secret for nearly a month. >> i love it. they just played one ticket. roy ramos was in tallahassee to meet the melbourne beach winners who shared the powerball jackpot. >> he's been reviewing what else the couple had to say. roy, they said they kept it a secret from practically everybody including family members. >> reporter: they say it has been a challenge to keep this winning ticket a secret. they've even kept it a secret from their family members until today's press conference. they said they have been playing he has numbers for the past 30 years. earlier this year those numbers paid off. >> he wants to get a new car. >> how about you?

approved a pilot program for miami. it will not be paid for by taxpayers but donations and private grants. florida has seen an increase in both heroin use and new hiv cases. proponents of the plan say the needle exchange will help cut down on the spread of hiv and other diseases. a man accused of holding up a restaurant full of customers in jail tonight. we first told you about this story as it was breaking on eyewitness news this morning. steve barrett is live outside of gator's on john young parkway. the suspect talked to the officers hours before the robbery. >> reporter: they talked to the suspect who is now behind bars at the orange county jail. they said that two hours before the robbery he was walking around talking to people, asking them to use their cell phones. they thought he was trying to steal phones so they called 911. >> they called in a man who was acting very suspiciously.

came, we found the guy, we talked to him. we don't arrest people for being suspicious but we made contact and got all the information and then low and behold two hours later he's our suspect. >> the deputies say they were able to quickly track down craig kerry, junior because they encountered him two hours before he robbed this gator's dock side restaurant, shooting a manager that was cooperating with him. >> he got a gunshot in the shoulder and rib area but nothing life-threatening. nothing hit any organs or anything to that effect. >> deputies could not arrest kerry over the cell phones because he never committed a crime. the 911 calls from those startled citizens would lead to his quick arrest later. deputies immediately started searching for his white mustang and found it at a near by hotel. >> if the citizens had not said this guy is acting weird, i'm just going to call it in, we ask people to call it in and we'll

here's an update on the breaking news in osceola county where part of i-4 is shut down because of this crash near world drive. the westbound lanes are completely blocked. you can see emergency vehicles at the scene. these are live pictures from sky witness 9. one patient is being treated at the scene as a trauma alert. that means he or she will be transported to a hospital. we are currently gathering more information so we'll have an update for you as soon as we learn more. 9 investigates has discovered serious problems in the staff prison system. staffing problems, low pay and crumbling facilities. >> christopher heath went to the state capitol to ask what's being done and if it's too late.

we're still on top of breaking news in osceola county where sky witness 9 is flying above this crash that has part of i-4 closed near world drive in kissimmee. that's one person has been rushed to the hospital. we are working to find out what caused the crash. it's a real medical building medical practices but investigators say the teenager running the place was a fake medical doctor. >> an 18-year-old man was released on bail today after being charged with impersonating a doctor. george estovez has been following this. the called him dr. love. >> reporter: yeah. investigators say malicai robinson was arrest ed after he performed an examine an on

>> did you exam a patient today? >> you will hear from my lawyer. >> it's a story that's hard to believe but dr. love robinson is no doctor at all. in fact, he's a teenager accused of trying to pass himself off as a physician for months. >> the 18-year-old was the same teenager that police detained at a west palm beach hospital a year ago after a gynecologist found him in an exam room. >> i didn't snatch out a baby, do any of that. >> police say he liked to call himself dr. love and said he fooled his victims with this website and this glowing bio where he calls himself a well rounded professional who uses psycho therapy, electro therapy and a long list of other techniques to heal patients. in early january he held a grand opening. that's when police sent an undercover cop. when he started to give her a physical exam he put her in handcuffs.

>> i said was the baby alive and she said the baby was alive. >> in the last two hours police hauled away those two dumpsters. >> investigators said there's no sign of the baby but they will look through the dumpsters for any evidence. we were out with police all day today as they searched the willow bend apartment complex. we have been in contact with the mother's boyfriend and dcf. jeff deal is live. the mother's boyfriend told you this bomb shell that they already planned do give willow away to another family member. >> reporter: he said that they already planned on giving her away to one of his former girlfriends. of course, now baby willow is missing and he really has no explanation of what could have happened to her after his girlfriend dropped her over here.
