the orange county woman who police say heading to the young father will stay locked up and off central florida roach. deputies say syndia saint cyr had her license revealed and should have never been behind the wheel yet she faced a judge this morning and was denied bond. the accident happened over the weekend on john young parkway and americana boulevard killing 23-year-old cody garrick. roy ramos spoke with cody's mother. she tells you he was working to support his young daughter.

getting a job as a police of delivery driver dominus pick up the job to support his two-year- old daughter he had goals for the family but he will be unable to fulfill the goals because of this woman. this is saint cyr facing a judge who issued no bond after she was arrested on charges including vehicular homicide and fling from law enforcement. according to troopers she ran a red light while fleeing from deputies. it was at that intersection of americana blvd., john young parkway saint cyr who had a rope license at the time ran the red light and crashed into cody garrick, 23-year-old domino's delivery driver on his first day of the job. he was working to support his two-year-old daughter and saint cyr should have never been on the road his mother said. >> he was 23-year-old too young to die. she took my sons life, she ran from the cops before she should not have been out of jail or on the road. >> reporter: we learned saint

kidnapped at gunpoint. crime trickled statewide amber alert ending with the baby being a dad -- abandoned in orange county became a leader in his life. the kidnappers according to authorities are behind bars but the motive is a mystery. >> reporter: why they took the child, deputies are not saying that we know in orange county woman in teenage accomplice drove 200 miles from south florida to this orlando neighborhood where they abandoned the baby. three days after family members kidnapped two-month-old taraji kemp at gunpoint, the baby is back in her mother's home. the same house where broward county deputies say mother and baby were sleeping when two kidnapped the storm did. 24-year-old stefanie augustine and 14-year-old with a gun in his hand. they took the child from the house on 14th court near fort lauderdale friday picked up airheaded 20 miles north to orange county as deputies issued a statewide amber alert.

the infant abandoned in an apartment complex saturday on long road. the kidnappers made it out of town and halfway back to south florida before state trooper recognize the car and pulled them over. both are in custody and broward county this afternoon facing charges including armed burglary and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. and for augustine, kidnapping picture went in front of a judge. >> good morning. >> reporter: wiping tears from her face as he read the charges against her and ordered her to stay away from the victims. >> i understand if his family but no contact with the child nor with the child's mother. >> reporter: deputies say she, the teenager and babies other are all cousins. why she and the team would take a family members baby at gunpoint, deputies are not saying. for now, augustine is in jail

orange county student tased well at school and his mother says the incident was caught on camera. the video is not been released. police say started with a 14 year mac -- -year-old got into a fight. resource officer at the school tried to pull teenager away but could not so he uses taser on him on his thigh. though board's mother says he was defending himself and was tased after he stopped fighting. >> how do i explain this to my child what happened to him. i am disappointed and hurt. >> the boy's mother says he suffers from asthma and has to go to the clinic every day. she and her attorney are asking the district to stop allowing students to be tase. a commissioner lanning to turn the work release facility into the homeless shelter. commissioner peacocks says on average there are only about 60 inmates staying at the facility. it can hold more than 300 the clerk says he wants to move the

a woman in cleveland clinic is recovering from the first of the 10 plan surgeries in america's first ever uterus transplant. 26-year-old woman underwent the first surgery last week. doctors say she is doing well. the surgery is part of an effort to help women who lack wombs still have a chance to have children. >> like the kidney transplant we would take from an organ donor and then prepare the uterus to replace inside the recipient which is our patient who has a nonfunctioning or absent uterus. >> after about one year to heal, the uterus will be
