warner is facing charges for stealing more than $2,000 from a 90-year-old woman here in the villages. investigators say the victim has health issues which required her to have a live-in caretaker. deputies say the suspect was able to get a debit card for the victim's checking account and she showed up to this wells fargo and made transaction after transaction. the victim had no idea that a debit card had been issued for her account. >> once the victim and her family figured out what was going on they reported it to the sheriff's office and the suspect was arrested and bonded out. >> we knocked on her door but no one answered. >> we have to have cautious of everything. we should question everything unfortunately. >> we talked to officials about what people can do to protect their loved ones. the sumter county sheriff's office said they will do local background checks for residents, fdle will
