the u.s. state department had warned of a potential attack. it was the fourth to hit turkey in just six months, which had been blamed on turkey's two main enemies, the kurds and isis. it came just after news from west africa that armed attackers had stormed a beach popular with tourists in the ivory coast. as they opened fire, witnesses said they shouted allahu akbar, god is great. security forces quickly surrounded the area and evacuated the wounded to safety. the government said 16 people attackers who were believed to in africa, after they claimed responsibility. it's the third time they've after carrying out deadly countries, mali and burkina faso. the frequency of the global terror attacks is growing. whether it's turkey, west africa, or here in europe, intelligence officials say the question about the next attack
