as you can see here in a black trash bag, a baby has been found. this is a newborn and you will attached. there's a woman, a good samaritan putting on cleaning gloves to help this baby. the first thing they're wanting to do is take the baby out of a trash bag and put it in a blanket and getting it help but the placenta is still attached. >> oh my god. the whole thing. the whole thing got dumped like it's a piece of trash. >> exactly. this happened back in february but it is trending now but the sad thing is is that every year around the world, 10s of thousands of children are abandoned like this worldwide. >> oh, i cannot. this is breaking my heart. >> the thing is like you said, there are babies abandoned all the time but there are options for these people. the first option is not to put a baby in a trash bag and throw it away.
