the craziest thing is that trash. it takes a while before someone actually figures out that that is a newborn baby. the umbilical cord was still attached to the child. and the entire time, you see that there are people around this, clueless that there is a newborn child in the bag. second. i imagine this baby was delivered in the bathroom? >> that's exactly what happened. here's another twist to this story. police have arrested two people in connection with this abandonment after two people, a 27-year-old and a 28-year-old, man, woman showed up to the hospital asking to see the baby. >> and what kind of condition is this baby in? >> well, the good thing is is nearby hospital. in fact, we have a second video where we see the baby who was experiencing hypothermia, still alive with its umbilical cord being cut.
