friends get closer to him. >> just one moment of desperation. you hear it right here. >> help. >> grab his arm. >> evently, he gets out of the whirlpool. just sits there. reassured by everybody. and you notice a silver lining. they caught it all. you can just see the relief on this face. >> witnesses on the streets of melbourne australia captured this moment the end of a police chase. this red hyundai comes to a stop. you'll notice the tires are flat. that's a result of stops deployed by the police. now look at the officers smashing in the window.

but they're not done. the other officer has that pepper spray right inside the window right in the driver's face. you can see that stream of pepper spray in that woman's face. that's enough to get her to get out of the car and she makes a run for it. officers quickly catch up sweep the legs. now both officers have her down on the ground and the woman continues to scream and struggle a little bit as the officers try to c the pepper spray from her eyes. >> she looks dressed like she's going to an office. >> right. and that's what's awesome about this show is the story behind this video tells a very different set of circumstances than what the video shows. reports say that a witness saw this woman earlier in the day behaving erratically, were concerned for her well-being called the police. once the police caught up with this woman they found her initially slumped over the wheel

with her she sped off. that started a small police chase. not sure what was causing this woman to be in this condition. she was sent to the hospital for observation and evaluation. at this moment police are still considering whether or not to file any charges. all right. take a guess, folks, what does this look like to you? >> i honestly thought it was one of those satellite shots of like norway or something like that one of those sort of big areas. >> oh. >> but then i looked a bit more off. >> that looks like oil paint in water. as it's mixing. >> we're both wrong, aren't we? >> you're both wrong but christiane is a little bit closer to what it could possibly be. do those look familiar to you now? >> okay. so it's a pill. >> they basically just dropped all types steel into the water and place it under a macro lens.
