the officer is screaming over and over again, get out of the car, get out of the car. person inside is not responding to orders and that's when they start firing warning shots get him out of the car. it does not work. in the end, eight more shots were fired at the vehicle. one of these shots hit the driver in the shoulder. officers approach the vehicle and physically drag the guy out they found 15 grams of heroin. all because the guy looked suspicious and he took off. during the pursuit, four police bikes, six other civilian bikes and six cars were damaged in this chase. the driver, like i said, was hit in the shoulder and has now been detained for possession and use of narcotics and evading justice.
