and kind of rolls over and gives up. the taxi got away with just a fine and the bicyclist is not happy about it. minor injuries, went to the hospital and needed stitches. to add insult to injury, the cyclist's wife said the taxi is not licensed to be on the road. this is one big mess. heading over to china, you see this car looks like it's about to turn around. >> what! >> okay. >> the heck? >> the brake is the one on the >> yep. that driver did goof. a new driver, and they missed the brake and hit the gas. >> held on, because smashed into a wall, changed directions. flipped the car!

bu. a call came in at 8:30 from a man who barricaded himself in in 4th floor and said he shot a hostage. police responded in full force and went up to the floor and found nothing. they did a search of the entire building but founding in and it was all a hoa a tense situation all morning. we'll update this morning on the 4:00 news right here on fox 25 and have more on my god. i knew i was going to lose you as soon as i showed you this video of little ayla. her name on instagram, ayla the fox. she has more than all of us
