>> catherine: that's what we are going to be asking police about in just a little while. looking online for information posted by police, haven't seen anything just yet. still working on the details but give you lay of the land, pretty much on wentworth college, northeastern and boston police headquarters, they are down that way and where we are here at the intersection, this is the area where the police cruiser was crashed into, and again, working on the details. here is what we know so far. crash happened in the area of parker and ruggles street season officer was in the wentworth police cruiser. that officer was taken away by ambulance what appeared to be minor injuries. however, there was a second scene nearby. you could take a look at video of that. this is on mcgreevey way. there were several vehicles with the windows shot out there and at this point we are looking at how they are connected and looking to learn if any arrests have been made and continue reaching out to boston police this morning to work on getting answers on those questions. for now live in roxbury,

boyfriend to kill himself via texting is dealing with set back in her case. michelle carter asked for funds to hire an expert to explain antidepressants at trial but denied by judge. 20-year-old says at the time of conrad roy's death both of them were taking antidepressant which gave them suicidal thoughts. roy was found dead of carbon monoxide poisoning in 2014. carter is facing manslaughter bomber richard reid declaring bankrupt. he tried to set off a bomb in his boot at flight. he was arrested and fined more than $256,000. in a letter to the court reid write will i ever be able to pay
