it was stopped in london. the toner cartridge found on board, though, has tested negative for explosives. the discovery led to this scene here at o'hare. ups jets are being swept all over the country and the world for any signs of suspicious packages. acting on what they are calling an abundance of cautious, the administration had ups halt a night. two other planes were swept for suspicious packages but so far no bombs or explosives have turned up. now according to a report, the cartridge that raised the flags in the first place had wires sticking out of it and there was some white powder t tested negative for explosive material
