and jonathan park were among its five men convicted in the 1991 rape and murder of a 14 year-old girl. two of the men served reduced senses but these three reached sentenced over 80 years and have served about 20 at this point. in court today relatives and lawyers hopeful about the release because dna testing has linked to crime to a convicted rapist who lived near the victim when she disappeared. the judge refused to vacate the conviction giving the state two more weeks to investigate and respond to the new evidence. relatives are eager for true justice to be served. . >> it has been 20 years they took 20 years from them and from us to. something that he did not even do. then we understand the decision but we firmly believe that all of our client's innocence in everyday that they've spent in jail is an
