facing charges of first-degree murder and aggravated battery was an emotional time for family members of the victims that sat in the same room even accused of killing their loved ones. the brother of one of the victims fought back tears this morning after the bond hearing for three men charged with first-degree murder. tuesday night prosecutors say they burst into the convenience store on the 500 block of east 130th street, firing handguns in an ak-47 assault rifle. 46 year-old was one of the victims shot to death, he was delivering cell phones at the time the 25 year- old store employee was also killed his brother has some harsh words for the suspects. >> justice was served and a
