november here in chicago we looked at double-digit average wind velocity days and we are beyond the normal numbers in just the last month it is really windy out there you concede the wave action on the michigan there is dry air at the low levels in the chicago area so we have light lake affected rainshowers that could be mixed with snow flurries so it has been quite formidable to the self and we are fortunately missing some heavy precipitation as a result. there is definitely a more active winter light pattern ... big snow happened in tennessee southern missouri and downstate illinois last night
