boyfriend said to his ex girlfrined weeks before killing three members of her family. police say he did this because he was jealous after sheet has a new boyfriend. the three bodies were found in their family home and at the man was found days later. police found a weapon near the house that they believed was the murder weapon. jennifer hudson is receiving a lot of attention but julia hudson would deliver the most compelling testimony and will tell jurors that he threatened to kill her family a dozen times before he committed the murders.

inside the vehicle the young boy was ejected from the vehicle and airlifted to a local hospital in serious to critical condition. a chicago man pleads guilty today in federal court to attempt to plant a bomb near a brick field in 2010. he is in that lebanese immigrant and was charged after he planted what he thought was a bomb in a trash can. prosecutors say he intended to target a concert crowd the explosive device was a fake and had been provided by undercover f.b.i agents he will be sentenced on august 15th and faces up to 30 years in prison. a man from iowa stands trial today for sending pipe bombs and threatening letters to investment firms. federal prosecutors say tompkins sign those letters of the bishop and demanded that broker's help inflate the value of his stocks. the pipe bombs were not armed for detonation and thankfully no
