pizza oven in chicago my sister and i have been here for five years and today we celebrate our of an anniversary so i have brought everything that we cooked in that of an ...ven.. we have the heat going very high we are going to do chicken and we're going to do port shanks ... we first are going to show you how we marinate the chicken i begin with olive oil salt and pepper.... secret seasoning.. i cannot give up this combination or my sister

will kill me ... 1/2 chicken to marinade... i will put a red pepper and with it at the end we are squeezing some lemon.. cover the chicken very well we like to marinate for four-five hours ... it's up to you. the longer you marinate in the moister the chicken. we steer this and a hot oven and then we turn it down until we reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees ... you only want to cook it at high heat for

about 15 or 20 minutes ... and now to the pork. you want to cut this into little squares that's the skin of the pork shank ... salt pepper and the secret spices.. we don't use hot pepper.... put this in the oven as hot as you can cook that for 20 minutes and onion turn the heat down and get that to braise in the roasting pan ... turn the heat up at the end to make a

crisp crust... we like to serve this dish with some bavaria and style dumplings and mushroom gravy and some cabbage salad and fresh vegetables. >> you have some many different options on the menu there ... what is the big salad joyce ... choice.. that's the one we like to serve with tomato ... and we bake all of our own bread many varieties and we sell it at the
