front of a high-school year in chicago ... they say it made it impossible for him to be on the other side of town with the stolen vehicle where the nephew of jennifer hudson was found ... the time line is being constructed ... as to the location of cars driven or owned by william bellfort during the murders ... and the days thereafter so the surveillance video of that green car and also the police interrogation video of william balfour on the night of his arrest are being reexamined by the jury ...

this may bode well for the defense ... but the dangerous thing is to try to interpret what the jury is asking for and why. they may be asking for the interrogation because they want to see something that the prosecution may have suggested. and to knows what they're saying about this mystery driver that the public defender brought up on the defense side. >>if they are requesting more on day three of deliberation it suggests they may not be an agreement ...
