in a car accident that killed in a year-old child. this 23 year- old woman was charged with aggravated driving under the influence resulting in death and a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of drugs. three cars at the corner of this main street were involved in this accident and police say she collided with the vehicle before hitting the young boy on the sidewalk. he died four hours later his funeral services are being held today. >> we now know the identity of the man who died in yesterday's factory explosion. this 55 year- old man was killed when a machine exploded. seven employees and three police officers suffered injuries ranging from concussions to smoke inhalation the machine that exploded used the combustible chemical potassium hydroxide but the exact cause of the explosion has yet to be

in washington the senate home and security committee is hearing testimony on the secret service prostitution scandal. this morning director mark sullivan told lawmakers there was no security breach when the secret service agents and military personnel were caught with prostitutes at there'll tell. he said the agents had not been briefed and there were no documents in the hotel room during the incident before the president arrived in colombia last month. nine that secret service agents were fired and three were cleared of misconduct. >> former first lady nancy reagan continues to recover from injuries she sustained in a recent fall. she actually fell and broke ribs about six weeks ago in her home in los angeles but her injuries were not revealed until yesterday. she's 90 years old and her doctor said she should not attend any big events until she heals and
