we manage to catch a glimpse of obama a short time ago. the president and first lady rolling down greenwood avenue under security tonight. people lined the entire route. they were lining the streets all the way back to lake shore drive. although the white house does not confirm they will be attending a wadding tomorrow, reaching -- wedding tomorrow. they will not have to walk far. they also emerged later tonight taking a stroll with her daughter, son-in-law, and some friends to the home of a local businessman who also lives on

you are watching part of this rally tonight, close to a thousand people, including some well-known names like the police superintendent reverend to jeremiah right. trying to send a message of becoming peacemakers. ending the violence will be a team effort it requires neighbors to know what is going on in their block and this line got a lot of applause, he says they have to learn to be nosy neighbors in order to inform people. on the law enforcement side, there will be offering overtime to get more officers on the street. that is not unusual but it is about having the right officers in the right areas. he also acknowledged there is a violence problem in chicago but it is up to everyone to solve it. >> i'm going to tell you that i am accountable and i accept my
