family of a woman struck and killed by a mad a bus tuesday comes just days after maggot but settled the lawsuit in the death of a pedestrian two years ago. incidentally of lawsuit was settled between mac a bus to the family's west kruger he died in february 2010 run over by a maggot boss and dragged to his death in both cases the victim walking in crosswalks as the bus turned left. maybe by asking these questions and getting answers it can lead to some changes that is the goal of the lawsuit that her family filed today they are seeking unspecified monetary damages claiming negligence in the operation of the bus but they are hoping that it sheds light on the uses and operations of
