a suburban chicago man charged with firing shots and a mosque in morton grove >> police arrested 51 year-old who lives near the muslim education center and charged him with four felonies. opposite confiscated a high velocity air rifle. investigators believe he fired into pellets from the gun at the mosque in the 8600 block friday night during ramadan services. the building's outer wall was damaged. his attorney told us once the facts come out his client will be vindicated >> an off-duty chicago police officer shot and killed a man in what suburban maywood. the man apparently attacked the officer after the officer crashed his motorcycle trying to avoid running into the man's a 4 year- old daughter >> he reacted as any parent

assaulting women on the west side. two of the three attack happened on the 2700 block of west jackson boulevard in the east the garfield park neighborhood. what occurred on july 21st the other on july 31st. the third attack happened on the 2700 block of west adam's tree on august 5th. the woman was sexually assaulted and found with her legs and arms bound. police say the attacks happened between 5 and 630 in the morning >> at least 15 people have been shot and wounded across the city of chicago this weekend. no one was killed the two of the victims are listed in critical condition. several of the shooting incidents took place in the inglewood neighborhood. others occurred in west garfield park south chicago grand crossing and west rogers park >> a chicago alderman called for emergency peace rally in her
