made an objection when jim was questioning the state's expert witness dr. jerry blown who conducted the second autopsy on kathleen savio in 2007 after her body was exhumed he ruled a homicide not an accidental drowning. he described what he sought and then said he crawled into the tub that portion of his testimony was previously ruled inadmissible because it's outside the scope of expertise. what he did say is a healthy 40 year-old woman does not normally drowned in a bathtub at last she has one of the three d's, drinking, drugs or disease. she had none of those risk factors.

dr. bloom also testified about 13 bruises or marking on her body. and depressing that went to her bones on her lower left abdominal area, bloom said they were fresh wounds meaning they were made within 24 hours. my heart sank when they put up to that pitcher over 13 bruises and abrasions to kathleen's body and in no way did she fall and hit her head and died in the top, she was brutalized that night. dr. bloom also testified that the position of savio's right foot was not conducive to an accidental drowning, her toes for hyper extended at a 90 degree angle pushing against the side of the top which is more consistent with a struggle. the location of these bruises are two separate injuries to her body. the bruises were all in the front mainly on the left side of her body where she was obviously beaten up and the
