say the president did not talk about ideas for balancing the budget. wanting to spend our way into prosperity. he did not put any numbers out there. what he did say is we will not increase the deficit by one penny. we do not know how he is not going to do that. some would argue that he is the north carolina traveling the country. he may very well be putting more specifics of. there was a little bit. when you're talking about infrastructure in changes. they want to hear about that.
