yesterday the u.s. attorney's office filed a 169 page response to the book away of its appeal. asking the court to all >> arguments will be scheduled. no timetable yet. it is likely any ruling will take months. >> what is the basis for the appeal? >> they're saying that the judge, it goes back to the judge. they're saying among other things that he restricted the testimony. there were trying to get in. the defense was trying to put a bunch of tapes and. the judge according to the defense severely limited that and the testimony that they wanted to put in there. that is probably one of the biggest claims that they have.
