the shooting for in the lock down just blocks away. we welcome our viewers were watching us around the country. live at the romeoville police station with more on our top story. the lockdown of the schools has been lifted amid reports of a possible suspect in custody. romeoville police not confirming this at this hour. investigative reporting that two people were shot this morning. the victims are a mother and daughter. no word at this hour on their conditions. witnesses say the two were in a maroon

vehicle backing out of the driveway of their home. >> there were rushed to area hospitals. one of the victims was airlifted which would obviously indicate a very serious perhaps even life-threatening injury. an intense manhunt in soon with police going door to door our cameraman captured long- distance video of the individual sitting in the back of a squad car sky camp nine reported an individual being taken into custody. for parents and the surrounding community getting notification of a lockdown was understandably frightening experience. they called earlier today and said there was a shooting situation in the area.

take the statement back. a freshman at dunbar high school where he was involved. no one else was hurt and no arrests have been made. the botched armed robbery captured on security video. they confronted a sheriff's sgt. one of them pointed a gun and a sergeant gave up his wallet. a 17 year-old turned itself in after seeing this surveillance video is a chart with first-degree murder and armed robbery. police are still searching for a third suspect. >> chirrs heard secret recordings of the former police officer.
