derailment. big news for those who have a flight to catch. no problems getting to the airport. construction overnight. another look of that coming up. a 16-year-old boy in the back of the yards neighborhood was the fourth person in 11 hours to be shot on the streets of chicago. the boy was wounded in the leg near 50-th and marshfield, just before midnight. a woman was shot behind the ear, while riding in her car in the 29-hundred block of west augusta. a 17-year-old boy was shot in both legs at 71-st and peoria. and a 21-year-old man was shot in the left leg near 82-nd and stony island. none of the injuries was life- threatening. the new work week is starting, with full service restored to the c-t-a's blue line. yesterday, work crews completed their repairs to the o'hare terminal, where an eight- car train plowed through its bumper and up an escalator last monday morning. riders had to spend a week taking shuttle buses from rosemont to the airport.

help guide you through the website to help you choose the best plan for you and keep you eligible for subsidies. if you don't get health care you could face a tax penalty. but so far 9.5 million people have health coverage who did not if you include medicaid enrollees. about 6 million people have signed up on the exchanges. 114,000 are right here in illinois. navigators' will be at the hospitals and they will be there all day. it covered illinois has been on a blitz to get people signed up. the message is simple, this is it. >> we are getting an urgent message out to consumers that the deadline is monday. at 11:00 p.m.. we want to make sure all consumers know we are providing many enrollment opportunities from now until the deadline.

>> there are a few exceptions that will allow people to sign up for health care after the deadline. like changing events like if you lose your job and also people who have already started the enrollment process they will be able to finish their applications to get health coverage before a tax penalty. they may keep doing that. but a lot of places are offering it up for people to get health care and get signed up before the deadline which again is at 11:00 p.m.. live from norwegian american hospital. back to you. >>taking a look at the *other top stories this morning. this couple is being held on bail for several armed robberies in the city's near west side and lincoln square neighborhoods. prosecutors say brian o'connor and sarah doubek robbed several businesses last week after o'connor lost his job and doubek's car was stolen. police arrested them friday. prosecutors say video and

witnesses identified both of them. two men were arrested for illegally selling parking spaces at a church in uptown to people attending an event at the aragon ballroom. cornelius upshaw and clarence mc-clellan were caught by police charging 20 dollars for parking at saint thomas of canterbuy. charges. charges are pending in connection to a fatal crash on the edens expressway. it happened just before two o clock sunday morning in the southbound lanes near touhy avenue. police say 26-year-old samee ranginwala was killed after his car was rear-ended by a speeding audi. the driver of the audi was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. a former marine from zion is expected to go on trial in virginia today for killing a sailor in the barracks they shared back in 2009. if jorge torrez is convicted, federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty. during sentencing, they plan to show evidence that torrez also brutally stabbed two girls to death in zion. laura hobbs and her friend, krystal tobias, were found dead

in a park in 2005. police say torrez's d-n-a matched evidence recovered at the crime scene. but he remained free for five years while police blamed the father of one of the victims. authorities say torrez murdered the sailor while the father sat in jail awaiting trial for the girls' deaths. francis cardinal george returned to the altar for sunday mass after his week-long hospitalization for an infection brought on by his cancer treatment. the cardinal held onto a fellow priest for support, weakened by chemotherapy and the stomach infection. at the end of mass and outside greeting worshippers, the cardinal gave thanks for the many prayers from chicago's catholics. >> it's easy prey for other people i find. i count on others to pray for me. that's what it means to be a family, a community of saints. i know they dupree. i get messages and phone calls and letters and people who really pray for me. i'm grateful. >>the cardinal is still hopeful he'll be able to travel to rome next month for the canonization of pope john paul the second.

the north raised the possibility it might conduct new *nuclear tests. diplomats from the u-s and russia met in paris to discuss the future of ukraine. secretary of state john kerry says he and russia's foreign minister agree on the need for finding a diplomatic solution. kerry said that would be hard to do as long as russia has thousand of troops at the ukrainian border. russia says they don't plan to invade, but they also don't plan to pull back. kerry says that has to happen before any progress can be made. >> i made clear that the u.s. still considers the russian actions to be illegal and illegitimate and russians actions over the past several weeks have placed it at odds with the rule of law in the international community. >>russia's foreign minister says he hopes all political forces in ukraine will have an equal voice. this meeting in paris came two days after president obama talked to russian president putin on the phone.

ten planes and ten ships are looking for signs of malaysia airlines flight 370 in the indian ocean. one possible lead, became a dead end, when strange orange objects in the water turned out to be a dead jellyfish and fishing equipment. it's been 23 days since the plane disappeared from radar, on a flight to beijing. searchers are desperately trying to find the plane before the batteries on its "black box" run out next week. american equipment that can track the flight recorder's "pings" left australia this morning. but it'll take three days to reach the search zone. more than a week after a deadly landslide in washington state - search teams are still looking for anyone who may still be alive. the search continued sunday in difficult conditions. officials say the death toll has risen to at least 21. crews have reportedly found another four bodies but haven't recovered them. the number of missing remains at 30. volunteers are working to collect family mementos from the debris - with plans to clean those items and return them to their owners.

some university of arizona students didn't take the wildcats overtime loss to wisconsin in the elite eight very well. 15 people were arrested after several hundred blocked a street saturday night and ignored police orders to disperse. the unruly fans tossed bottles and firecrackers at police in riot gear, who responded with pepper spray. all but one of those arrested has been released. next time you get pulled over by the police, you can let your smart-phone give you some free legal advice. the "oh crap app" is designed to help if you get pulled over and questioned by law enforcement. it includes a list of basic legal rights and a blood alcohol calculator. if you're in a pinch, you can hit the "oh crap" button and receive advice like "the less you say the better" and "lawyer up." that button also turns on your phone's recorder so you have a record of your conservation with the officer. a little memento. >> i'm sure that will really
