been released in the murder of miles north senior. shot and killed. a 17 year-old girl shot and wounded when the girl was selling marijuana to five people in skokie last month. the fifth suspect and illustrator man was arrested monday at harlan high-school. this morning he was released because prosecutors say they did not have enough evidence to charge him. four other suspects have been charged in the murder. they're being held without bond. chicago teachers union president remains in hospital for an undisclosed ailment. the union says lewis went to a doctor because she was not feeling well. there have been no updates about what is wrong. the union is only saying she is do . back in march she had weight-loss surgery. also circulating nominating petitions was considering a run for mayor in chicago. two weeks after an arson fire
