illinois university hospital and nurses have reached a tentative contract deal that means nurses will not be walking the picket line. more than a thousand nurses were sent to walk out this morning. the old contracts had been extended twice since it expired last august. the illinois and nurses association says details of a new proposal will not be released until the nurses have a chance to vote. the union is recommending approval. >> a man is completely paralyzed. he is now walking again. surgeons at a hospital in poland used stills from the man's nose and transplanted it to his spinal cord. after 19 months of treatment the man is now independent. he can walk with the help of a walker and he's even able to drive a car. the technique may offer hope to millions who are disabled by spinal cord injuries. if you can read more about this.
