senator dick durbin. making the announcement that amazon the internet retail giant will be investing $75 million over the next few years. police 1000 full- time jobs. there will be starting next year. the company is now just beginning the selection process. there is no exact location. still not clear exactly what types of jobs will be coming. amazon says it will offer competitive wages and the employees will be immediately eligible for benefits on day one. company officials are asked about the timing of this announcement can in the governor's election next tuesday. >> is a complete coincidence. we did not operate on that kind of a timetable. we're looking forward to creating new jobs next year. our economy is growing to think
