the couple was cleared when they convinced a judge, there was no forensic evidence to support the prosecution's case. diplomatic sources say the delay is due to legal procedures and they should be on their way home soon. supreme court justice ruth bader ginsburg is back on the job this morning. the 81-year old justice had a heart procuedure last week. doctors pl a stent in her right cornary artery to last tuesday ginsburg was hospitalized after she experienced discomfort while exercising. she was released from the hospital on thursday. she's back on the bench today -- where the court is hearing oral arguments. it's the first time she's missed any time at work since being appointed to the supreme court in 1993. the supreme court hears arguments today on what statements on social media are protected by the first amendment. anthony elonis, of bethlehem, pennsylvania, is appealing his four- year prison sentence for posting threatening rap lyrics about his ex- wife on facebook. elonis claims he was
