hi and thanks for watching i'm michael alden >>nd i'm dr. jj meier. today were going to be talking about men's sexual health and performance. our guest today is a former olympic strength and conditioning coach. he has appeared on numerous television and radio programs, and has authored several books on health and wellness specifically, sexual health. recently inducted into the national fitness hall of fame, he believes that sexual performance is suffering because of our stressful lifestyles, our poor diet, and many other
