there was a car auction going on and someone driving a bmw s.u.v. lost control of that car. someone possibly having a medical issue. that individual ended up jerking the car forward, hitting another car, then backing up and hitting cinder block walls that collapsed on a large group of people. eyewitnesses said it was chaos and an absolutely horrific scene. take a listen. >> well, first, i thought it was gunshots. because i heard three pops. and it sounded like a bomb, i guess, when the car hit the wall. everybody was running at that point. i think the guy just had a stroke or something and floored it and ran over some people. >> the guy i was standing with left in an ambulance. i was two feet away from my friend. he left in an ambulance. >> reporter: again, a horrific scene here in framingham this morning. after half a dozen people are

in a 21-page document filed in federal court, an f.b.i. agent writes about these allegations. burke allegedly said this is just another business deal for me. burke has a long rap sheet. he was convicted in federal court of robbery charges in 1998 and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute five years later. he allegedly told an informant he was desperate for cash. he said "i will do that all day long for a price. all day long." he is scheduled to appear before a federal magistrate at 2:30 in worcester. >> christa: more breaking news to pass along right now. a carbon monoxide leak has closed a school in west newton. no classes today at abu farraj al-libbi lynn elementary on derby street.
