philip chim is headed to worcester recovery hospital and hospital for a more authorize evaluation. `that is the decision of the judge who wants the 16-year-old accused of raping and killing his high school math teacher to have more observation to see if he is really okay to stand trial. it comes after the teen's attorney questioned his mental state during jury selection tuesday. wednesday a court ordered psychologist spend time with chism and then told the judge the teenager sat on the floor with his back to her and said he wishes someone would walk into court with a gun and kill him. and that he said his heart raised and he felt a burning sensation when he was in court. prior to the revolutions chism had to be moved to a padded cell for banging his head on the walls, table and floor. today's ruling will place chism in a locked adult unit of the hospital for up to 20 days at which time decisions about his mental health will have to be revisited. it is important to note the prosecution is not happy

temperatures in the 40s this weekend but the wind chills will be in the 30s still looking at a mild day tomorrow. the chilly weekend forecast comes without any precipitation, i'm not expecting any across southern new england but northern new england there are signs that may be flakes flying across portions of northerly, central vermont as flakes, flurries, probably in the air that. is how cold this air christmas this weekend. today 61 in boston, 56 worcester. down to the upper 50s. temperatures will fall quickly. look at nantucket at 54 . cloud will race in. toes is' -- so it's a air, the clouds once they move in will cap the temperature to keep it from falling. also the showers are on the move. will we get a good wetting here? no, we won't. the front glides through in the morning between 8:00 and 9:00. there might be a sprinkle or a shower but in many case, it won't even be enough to make a puddle. others we may be able to

a.f.c.championship game the colts responded this off season by adding a 32-year-old running back and a 34-year-old receiver. then they used their first round pick on another receiver. the colts did nothing to improve their defense. the colts d. picking up right where they left off last year giving up nearly 400 yards per game. only four teams have been worse this season. the colts have surrendered over 47 points per game in their last four games against the patriots by average. all losses. but the pats stress their past success against indianapolis has no bearing on sunday night's showdown. >> it's not about what we've done in the past because we don't have the same team. they don't have the same team. it's completely new circumstances. >> it looks solid. they're a very good team. they come ready to play. they are physically and mentally prepared all the time. they can being tal. they can make big hits. we have to be ready come sunday.
