>> spicy italian sausage and that gives it a little kick and you can add lamb or pork or whatever, whatever you want. then you're going to add your tomatoes and your beer, a dark beer is preferable. >> nice. >> and if it isn't sort of juicy enough for you can add another bottle of beer. >> after this cooks down a bit you'll drain the beans and put them in. >> no, you can actually bust them in now. >> okay. >> yes, sir. >> dump them in there with everything else. >> and you ladle is out and then wham. >> once they are in, how long do you cook? >> best if you let it kind of simmer on the stove for an hour to two just to really meld all those flavors, and i like toer is of it over rise, and you can do a whole plethora of topping. >> this is phenomenal by the way, so good. >> glad you like it. >> oh, yeah. >> we also put ranch dressing on it sometimes, that's really good. >> brings it down a little bit, right? >> catlin heigl.
