governor backer sharing his thoughts on a proposal to in increase fair prices. there are reports the mbta is considering hiking tfares and parking fees next year and after the service problems experienced last winter, many people aren't happy with that proposal. but the governor says the t shared its finances with the public to spark debate on what it should do about costs and revenue . my view on that at this point is that i want to see what all of the ons are. but as we said all along, our goal is a reliable, dependable and affordable mbta which clearly we didn't have last winter . governor baker also says the timing of the debate is to focus on making sure people can make it through this winter without major problems. the government is tracking potential drone danger unveiling a new program to register those devices. the task force will hash out de detail like which drones will have to be ridge standard and which can fly under the radar. pilot sightings of drones have doubled since last year. officials say they are very concerned that a drone might cause serious damage if it is sucked into an engine or smashes into an airliner's windshield .

>> anchor: a seat struggle force is a southwest airlines pilot to make an emergency landing. problem it. was a problem with the passenger. >> anchor: the issue here, a machine's reaction when a woman just reclined her seat. a south west airlines flight heading from los angeles to san francisco was forced to make an emergency landing sunday evening after an altercation between two passengers. one passenger on the flight tells nbc news that minutes after takeoff, a man began chok choking a woman sitting in front of him after she tilted her seat

back. she screamed for help and the crew came to her aid. shortly after the pilot radioed . evidently we have two passengers that are in a physical altercation so we need . another witness toast posted this photo to intragram showing several police cars on the ground at the plane's arrival. southwest airlines confirmed the pilot made an emergency landing because of a rapidly escalating situation between two passengers passengers. airline did not provide further details on the altercation, the witnesses say the man was removed from the flight and detained. and f.b.i. confirms an individual was detained for questioning but not arrested. coming up next on 7 news at 5:00, a motorcycle miracle. two people survive when a driver clips them on their bike . okay, kim. forecast is looking quiet this week. although temperatures will go all over the place. . a 26 yearly amputee walking in high heels for the very first time today all thanks to a boston marathon bombing survivor.

the issue is that this vacant butting had the roof collapse in it on it. you can see fire crews applying a little bit of water. we understand there are no injuries right now. we understand of this what's going on here but you can see the roof did collapse in here on part of this building. won again, jamaica plain 186 armory treat the fire department there making sure this fire is out right now and if we can tell you that the situation is look like it's under control at this point but that roof did collapse there. a vacant building and we'll continue to follow this story. how about this i'm father in wisconsin sending a clear message to his daughter's homecoming date. he posted these two pictures on facebook with a warning whatever you do to my daughter, i will do to you. hmm. actually, i'm confused by looking at the picture bus he is not doing same thing to the daughter. look like he is with the date. the dading the same pose as his daughter did. it's what he intended to do. i guess he has some sense of hue more and people have been sharing the photo .
