up loaded gun at park. >> a danger at a store in carolina but the clerk refuses to go down without a fate. >> nist here at 5:30, allegedly flashing children across the street from an elementary school. police say parents noticed the man when droing off their children. >> he faces several charges as he goes before a judge. 7's steve cooper joins us now with the latest. >> the police report from worcester includes some pretty disturbing details. the suspect appearing hear in district court late this afternoon before a judge where he spoke in open court. but parents say they're still pretty shaken up by what they witnessed this morning. >> i'm very upset about it. i mean, anybody would be. >> reporter: kelly murphy's outraged by what she witnessed, dropping her son off at school this morning here at woodland

>> it's disgusting. >> reporter: 60-year-old michael boracino ordered before the court pled not guilty for charges that he stood naked in his window across the street from an elementary school and committed a lewd act. >> many people were shocked and alarmed and yelling at this individual to stop. >> reporter: cynthia blakely told us he's done this before. she lives in the apartment upstairs. >> with what's going on in the world today, we don't need this right here. not around our children, i mean, it's not good. >> reporter: borcino has an 11 page criminal record, ignores his attorney, opting to address the judge in open court. is. >> excuse me, sir. i have never put my hands on anybody, and is it that's not what happened.

parents saw with their own eyes and they're angry. >> i know what he did and what he was doing, and it's bad. >> so bocino is being held on $2500 cash bail. he post that bail, the judge has ordered that he be fitted with one of those gps tracking devices and also that he stays away from schools and parks here in the city. we're live in worcester tonight, steve cooper, 7news. a man is arrested on nantucket facing charges in two sexual assault cases. 35-year-old david matterson is accused of kidnapping and attacking a woman in 2008. he's also charged in an 8:00 a last year. detectives say there may be more victims and are asking anyone with any information on matterson to call police. a desperate search is underway to find a favor suspected robbers on the run. the husband and wife are from quincy, suspected of robbing banks in several states, including one here in massachusetts. nick emmons reports on what's being done to try to find them before they strike again.

>> just for the public we encourage if they do recognize these individuals use extreme caution. >> reporter: police are on the hunt. >> not to be cliche but almost like a modern day bonnie and clyde. >> reporter: the pair wanted for robbing banks along the east coast. >> at this time we consider them to be highly dangerous. >> reporter: investigators say joseph carrier and his wife jenny hit a bank in maryland last friday. before that investigators say the couple was in florida holding up a wells fargo bank. a couple of weeks earlier, police in ludlow say joseph carrier robbed a bank on center street. investigators say carrier told the teller he had a gun and demanded mostly large bills. in most of the robberies, police say the woman was driving the getaway car, jenny. they're looking for a dark-colored buick encore like this one with a partial massachusetts plate number, 265s. >> at this point we don't know there's any bank robberies that occurred in any jurisdictions. so the point of this, by reaching out to our media partners is to get the face out there and maybe investigators

from other jurisdictions can tie in other related robberies, maybe not just bank robberies, but obviously our fear is this could escalate and we don't want to see anybody hurt. >> adding to the description, police say the couple could be traveling with several dogs in their car and police stress they are dangerous. so anyone who knows where they are or sees them, they should call 911. in quincy, nick emmons, 7news. there are new details about brookline teacher fired for using inappropriate language at school. tonight that teacher will be back in school following a major effort by his students. % the superintendent announced tuesday that larry chen will be returning to teach at john driscoll middle school. he was fired after allegedly swearing while talking to high school students. chen's students held rallies and protests, demanding he be reinstated. they are thrilled with the results. >> my dad called me as soon as it happened. everybody i know knows about the story now and i called them all. i was so excited. >> not just anyone can teach social studies.

he is a real gift, a presence in the classrooms, an energy about him, and he transfers that energy to his students. he will return to the school november 2nd and start teaching again on the 5th. >> new details of a sex scandal involving the basketball program at the louisville university here. a staff member allegedly hired strippers for parties for future recruits. the former escort published a book providing a backstory to the incident. she says about two dozen women attended parties from 2010 to 2014 and she was paid by an assistant coach to provide women. the former coach opened up with espn's outside the line. >> the recruit would pick out what girl he wanted. andre would come to me and tell me what girl the recruit wanted and i would tell the girl and she would say her price. i would tell him, he would say okay, give me the money and i pretty much would sometimes hand

that to them, sometimes he give it to them, and that was just it. >> the woman says she was paid $10,000 over the four-year period. that coach is now an assistant at the university of missouri kansas city but on administrative leave during this investigation. a man linked to a terror threat has been arrested in malaysia. the 20-year-old of kosovo was accused of hacking the personal data of mother than 1,000 u.s. officials for isis. the malaysia inspector general of police has confirmed the arrest and says he will be sent to the u.s. the u.s. justice department says he's a known hacker. he had been charged with hacking the personal information of 1,351 u.s. military personnel and federal employees and giving that information to isis. a mother frightened when her 2-year-old stumbles upon a loaded handgun at the park. the mother says her child picked it up pointed it and playing with it. police say the danger uncovered some clues and some clues. here's the latest. >> my son picked up a .22

at me and said look, momma, i shoot you. >> reporter: the stunned mother, who didn't want her face on camera, says her 2-year-old son found this gun just 30 feet from her front door in a small community park. the gun, one of 18, storien a week ago from a car parked in a storage yard. >> if i would have left it there, anybody could have picked it up so i brought it inside and put it in a bag and waited for the cops to come get it. >> reporter: and in doing so potentially contaminated evidence but given the circumstances, police say it was still the right move. >> being that there's a good chance that another child could have found that firearm, it's an excellent idea that the parent picked the gun up and secured it so that it was safe. >> reporter: the neighborhood full of playing children. >> terrifying thinking that little kids are handling a gun like that. hearing the things how 3-year-olds get a hold of their parents' gun and kill siblings. >> reporter: and at another park nearby, eric plays with his

>> definitely raises eyebrows for me. it worries me that my 3-year-old could get her hands on a gun. >> especially at that age, they're curious, so if there was something in it, trg could have been fatal for me, him or anybody around us. >> reporter: 7news. the police department has released graphic video of an officer under attack. the officer has physically recovered. the video from two years ago shows the officer being stabbed repeatedly before he shoots and kills the suspect. the suspect attacks the officer with an 8 inch knife and the screwdriver, when the officer stops him from lighting underground gas tanks on fire . the officer says he saw the video for the first time only yesterday what i noticed right away is 80% of that video i don't remember. i was doing things there that to this day i have no recollection of it. >> the officer had multiple

surgeries for his massive stab wounds and says he often woke up from nightmares for several months after that horrific ldz. >> the image of a florida teen goes viral on social media after driver. that driver tweeted a photo of the victim's body saying just killed a man, rip. local police say the 16-year-old was hit on sunday night while trying to cross the street. the accident is still under investigation, but police say the driver did not appear to be drunk at the time. there's no word on whether -- that driver will face any charges. the body of a man is found inside his car buried under several feet of mud after a severe storm in california and officials say that isn't the up. heavy rains created flooding and mudslides in the area and one area has declared it a disaster because of that storm. >> caught on camera, a 1-year-old chicago girl left center.

i'd love to trade that in. tomorrow you may get the chance because the temperatures come back. a temperature seesaw here. back and forth, the high and the low, and tomorrow 70 and then that the 50s on friday. fast-moving front is doing it. the warm front will move through and bring back the warmth tomorrow and a cold front will move through on thursday night and bring us back down to reality on friday. this whole weather system will actually do it. one weather system, two fronts, warm front and then the cold front that comes through late tomorrow. so right now, we're getting the cool air in here, and we have been cooling off most of the afternoon. tomorrow we have some clouds. pretty much mostly cloudy day. in the afternoon, especially, and there might be a shower as that cool front passes. but this is not a downpour, and this is not a washed-out day. it's a day where we'll find ourselves in the 70s. lowell and middleton, waltham, boston, quincy, marblehead, a little bit cooler. same with rockport. the winds out of the southwest. cape ann will be one of those cooler spots. in fact, i'm going to have some
