new a 11 house fire in hingham sends two people to hospital include firefighter you can see flames coming out roof that's home garage area. officials say they do not know what caused this fire yet. the firefighter and one person in house are expected to be okay. >> also new tonight, rescue teams in save a horse after it gets stuck in the mud. they used that backhoe to get it out. took them nearly two ours they managed to do and horse is okay. just a little cold and tired. >> now, from the night team. >> classroom clash. >> a student slammed at school by a police officer. he wasn't right. he was like flinging her like a rag doll. tonight the f.b.i. investigating. the tale of the tape. well that officer is suspended without pay tonight, the f.b.i. and the justice department are investigating. and, we have learned there's another video we haven't yet seen. ryan schulteis is here with the latest information on the classroom clash.

>> kim tonight the f.b.i. has opened a civil rights investigation. but the sheriff says he believes race was not a factor. >> it's the cell phone video that has shocked the nation. it happened monday morning when school resource officer ben fields is called in to deal with a student. >> witnesses say the student had not been participating in class took out her phone and would not leave when teacher asked. confrontation quickly escalates as other students watch while she still sitting at her desk fields yanks her to ground and throws her across the floor. >> it wasn't right he was flinging her around like a rag doll. she said see stood up and also arrested charged with a disturbing school. >> iic tell you feel like grown men were scared in there too. i was scared. he's known as officer slam. fields is sheriff's deputies deputy his boss says there's another video that shows the student trying to punch fields at least ones. but he should have responded differently. >> one the first goods we would

just trying to cope with this devastating news. >> i just can't still can't believe this. christina's family still trying to process the horrific crash that killed her monday morning. as well a her son noah roberts who just turned nine months last week. she was awesome. she always took care of kids. always kids were always first. really bad these people are hurt inside the car. 911 calls and images from the scene on route 20 in oxford shows just how horrendous this crash was. a baby. we tried to pull the door open i looked inside car i saw baby. rose pierre was in this mercedes with his adult son when christina's sedan slammed into him after she collided head-on with cement truck in he rushed to try to safety family. >> we get the first baby out i can't see the they could one. and so when i was trying so hard to get the first one out. noah died at the hospital his two-year-old brother carterer has concussion and cuts but the family members say he'll be all right.

the christopher's parents are in disbelief about what happened. >> he started walking over. and it just hurt right behind me. he fell. screamed dad it hurts. >> christopher was the kind of kid who would do anything and everything for someone before himself. >> the family has started a gofundme page to pay for funeral expenses. people have already donated more than $20,000. >> a 5-year-old boy is recovering tonight after he's hit by a car in worcester. it happened on hamilton street. police say the boy ran into traffic right after he got off of his school bus. investigators say there wasn't an adult there to pick him up. that's not allowed. his sister is usually with him but she wasn't at school that day. and right now the boy is suffering from head trauma and a broken leg. >> and a stunning situation in stoneham where police say robbers tied up and tased two people. investigators say the violent smash and grab happened this

morning at this coin shop. police say two employees were zip tied as robbers took off gold coins one employee had to go hospital and neighboring stores are just helping this never happens again. >> just get him and stop this. it makes it scary. look, well, look around. i got lots of expensive stuff here too. >> so that same coin shop was robbed in march. but police do not believe the crimes are connected. >> two teenagers are facing charges tonight in connection with this robbery that happened in dorchester saab inhill t stop. those masks were seen on two people who had ordered a man to hand over his wallet and his cell phone. >> two off duty officers did arrest the two at the station. and they are charged with assault and battery. >> patriots getting set to face the miami dolphins in just a couple of days. they are pumped to take on dolphins who recently looked like a totally different team let's get to our sports director with closer look.

tonight hank investigates. >> the results of eye exam were terrace fiorinaing. surgery. but then this pembroke resident got more frightening news from her doctor. he said she and didn't have insurance. >> i was blind sided. literally. >> this plymouth woman got same appointment. no insurance. i was totally shocked. so elaine couldn't get dental care. paula's surgery was cancelled. but wait. their bank records proved they both paid the massachusetts health connector for insurance every month. you know the health connector. the state agency that is supposed to get massachusetts residents their health insurance. but our investigation found a massive pattern of disconnects at the health connector. it. >> there are people who think they've paid for insurance who don't have it. because your system didn't work. let's take a for ins. >> yes or no?

that is correct. here's why. the health connector website offers online payments. but we have learned those payments sometimes went into a black hole instead of to the insurance company. that was most infuriating part paying all along. more infuriating when paula and elaine called customer service in a panic. >> they couldn't get help. >> i've spoken to 24 different people. i spent literally 36 hours on the phone. what's more we found, thousands of other people couldn't get help either. earlier this year more than 13 thousand customers were stuck in a backlog. they could not get refunds. account changes or even answers. the did call center people not know what they were doing? >> did the electronic systems not work? was your database flawed? >> hank it was everything. we got state to fix paula's problem and elaines too.
