and everyone. >> reporter: under new hampshire state law labrie appeal. prosecutors say they've big concerns about that for one thing, he will be living in vermont with his mom and he won't have the gps device as curfew. jonathan hall, 7 news. >> kim: also breaking at 6:00 searching for answers in lowell after dozens of students get sick and the illness came on fast. forced evacuations and officials are saying they virus. >> ryan: 60 kids came down with something and were able to get out of the building quickly. dan hausle is live with what we now right know. >> reporter: school officials are burning the midnight oil trying to figure out what caused the kids to get sick in the building you see back. there they thought it was carbon monoxide but it turned out it's something else. more than 600 students at the sullivan middle school rushed out into the fresh

them started getting stick. >> people were pucking. stomach, dizziness. just started getting hot in the room and then everyone was, like, started to go to the nurse and getting dismissed and stuff. feeling sick. >> i'm worried. >> reporter: parents were call and came worried. >> when i got the call i got nervous, thank god she is fine. >> reporter: investigators suspected carbon monoxide. but that was quickly ruled out. >> we checked the school out with carbon monoxide meters and found no readings, we turned on the air-conditioning and heating systems found no readings but we ended one multiple students, approximately 60 that had symptoms,. >> reporter: so many a doctor came to them. investigators think a fast-moving virus is to blame. >> when you have symptoms that could be related to something serious you need to act quickly and act decisively and i think that is the fire department and

there was already people starting to get up. >> i was completely asleep and when i woke up, i was hitting, hearing screams and know how to react. >> reporter: the plane was bound for venezuela, but when the pilot was alerted to a possible fuel leak, the plane neff made it to the runway. >> dynamic out of the left epping inlooks like it's leaking a lot of fuel or fluid. engine is on fire. engine is on fire. >> reporter: in this cell phone video you can see people jumping from the plane on to the inflatable slide. >> passengers were taken to a triage area in one of the terminals. the injured then loaded into bluenesses bound for broward health. other passengers took to social media wishing they could do more than just watch.

mid 70s, where were you? maybe you were indoors. i'm not saying this is the end of the 70s. we're in a mild pattern and record high temperatures for the entire month almost of november are 70 or better of the we can still do it this time of year and i still see a mild pattern overall. in the upper 06's and -- 60s and 70's elsewhere generally around 20s. 8:00 pm about 57 degrees, we've some falling to do between now and 8:00. then by 11:00, 52. we're pushing in cooler air. what we call in the weather world investigating it and bringing down with the wind. that wind is turning westerly. the poll of cool air we're tapping into is not all that impressive. it's dropping our temperatures for tomorrow out of the 70s a and back to the 50s closer to normal, but it is not really really that cold.

our forecast for saturday, coolest of the next seven and in the lower 50s. as we go into evening on halloween night we'll fall back to 40s there will be cloud around. but next week, pattern is mild across the eastern 2/3 of the united states. dip in the jet stream over the west seeing snow and cold. also the possibility of some wet weather. we'll cross our fingers for them. cooling off 41-46 tonight and tomorrow, 56-61. a cooler day all around but sun deep blue sky with a northwest wind at 12-20 miles an hour. your seven-day forecast, there it is. early morning showers on sunday. that is the only time that i see it getting wet around here. the next seven days, we'll bottom out on saturday then a slow trial into early next week. peaking in the mid 60s and perhaps upper 60s on thursday before we have a backdoor front move in and cool us down.
