riding his bike to work when he said this truck ran into him. >> the last thing i remember seeing his car pulling into me and i remember laying on the ground holding my wrist and then looking up and noticing that it was in a direction it shouldn't have been going. reporter: the driver of the pick up truck took off leaving dr. stone lying on the ground. >> the idea you would do this and not stop i think it makes certain it sort of dehumanizes him. reporter: the crash shattered his wrist. this x-ray shows how bad it was and plates and screws this had to be used. reporter: he is hoping this video will help to identify the driver.
