norton where anemployee of the suffolk county cher's department has been charged with assault. police say they got a report from four teens who were saying out eight beach last night that a man acalled one of them. that man apparently told teens he was a police officer, police found a gun bee logging to the suspects. he has been charged with assault and carrying a gun under the influence of alcohol . >> anchor: also breaking, two teen-agers caught on camera and called to court accused of vandalizing a mosque in burlington. so the attack has people there who worship in that mosque on edge right now . >> anchor: kids are saying tonight it was just a stupid mistake. dan hausle live where two ed a judge arrier. dan? >> reporter: some pretty strik striking images in this case. the pictures of the vandalism and then video of what police say is the suspects who do the vandalism. that video they say was what helped them make a quick arrest. arrest.. one of two suspects in the vandalizing of a burlington

investigators say 18-year-old derrick dimone and cameron capel capella are twos is expect seen getting in and out of their car as they sprayed u.s.a. in red spray paint on islamic center in burlington over the week. mr. us say they also threw eggs at the mosque. they had been drugging, you know, it was halloween. you can put the numbers together together. but they probably add up to a different number for everyone that looks at it . the chief credits sharp eyes a burlington detectives who recognize the car which led them to the suspects. police say a third individual who stayed in the car is also being investigated in connection with the vandalism but hasn't been charged in this time . maliciously destroying property with the value . >> reporter: they were arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property and tagging property. the chief says the d.a.'s office decided not to charge the vandalism as a hate crime. anything to say to the people at the mosque? why would you tag a mosque? gentleman, no comment.

allegedly threatened and it looks like he has not been charg charged at least so far. one parent tells us that some of the parents are so upset they are going to court to get stay away orders. the threats came at a friday night halloween party on object 23 with some 67th graders from pembroke community middle school in costume according to one mother who was chaperoning . apparently what happened is this boy took the boys out to the trampoline and started to discuss what he wanted to do come monday and tuesday. he went into detail how he wanted to feel the emof killing someone. he named four children that he wanted to kill. he said he was going to his grandparents house up in maine, come sunday to get the guns . >> reporter: the superintendent of school told 7 news she got word of threats from pembroke police after the incident. she confirm the boy was suspend suspended but said she cannot give out more information. parents say the by was kept out of school for just three days

to see him on school property during that time as they met with the principal. when we came back from our meeting he was outside with his cell phone playing basketball by himself shooting hoops . this mom said her own 7th grader who is also 12 had trouble sleeping and mentioned wanting to move away. the day after the party her daughter received a tent message from a blocked number saying " "you are first on the list, haha with an emoji of a gun." this mom says the school department is not doing enough to safeguards kids . i don't think they are handling it well at all. i think they are taking it lightly. >> anchor: there is pembroke school committee meeting here tomorrow night. this issue could come up. the mom says threats also involved stabbings, the kids are very concerned not sleeping, crying. she says something has really got to be done. no call backs today from the police chief or the school committee. live in pembroke, jonathan hall, 7 news.

>> anchor: we have some breaks news right now from norton. an employee of the suffolk count county sheriff's apartment now charged with assault. police say they received a report from some teen-agers on a beach last night.

where we were except a little bit warmer. we're challenging 70 degrees in the city, south of the city attleboro. 68 in framingham. same in filmburg. a lot of sun to be had for tomorrow and we're dry the next two days too. we might see some sprinkles on thursday and friday but only about a 30% chance, certainly not all day rains and more in the way of cloudiness. the solar winter is here. november to january it runs all the way to the end of january. then february 1 starts the solar spring. it lagged behind other seasons we know and these are the three darkest months of the year. make sure you take your vitamin d because you would be lacking in the sun department although the next couple of days it does look like our chances for sunshine will be pretty good so maybe get out there and enjoy some fading rays here. mostly clear, 40 to 50 tonight then tomorrow almost warm, mostly sunny, 66 to 71. this pattern may hold through the middle of the month. we do cool off by the time we get to the weekend.
