that poison could have caused serious medical harm. police say two separate parents found toilet tank cleaner in their kids trick or treat candy bags. that's disgusting. that deadlyit happened sunday night in downtown hopkinton two kids with different parents were given the poison as candy. police say the toilet cleaner tablets were wrapped in white paper i wouldn't want to jump for any conclusions that would surprise me that that happened in this town. i think every generation has their tale of horror on halloween. welcome to halloween. this must be a teenage doing this i don't think an adult would do thp has to be teenager doing it. but this is, this is, next deadly two children six and 14 years old received the poison in their bags. the kids did not consume it. and were not hurt. you got to be on your watch all time as parent. and kids have to be smart. they are smart. that's all. that's all that's sad. >> and police say both of those kids were trick or treating right here in at downtown area.

burlington are in lot of trouble. police say they spray painted and egged town islamic center halloween weekend. it's a harmless prank. just a harmless prank. but district attorney calls etching letter us an on to mosque malicious destruction of property and charging the teens with that. leaders of burlington islamic center say that's getting off too easy. >> i don't think anybody would do something like this because of the law. you know, so it's really, i was kind of disappointed. we are trying to communicate with them and see if they can up the charge and you know consider this a hate crime. the teents were tracked down because of this surveillance video from the mosque. while the suspects hid this faces, the car was in plain sight. a burlington officer recognized it by the spotlight and a run through the dmv database found car register a quarter of a mile away away from is lamic center. this was cowardly act by individuals who masked themselves to create disorder.

of being a police officer and was yanked out of car by parillo and hit. you'd expect something more. they should be held to a higher standardpolice say parillo was drunk not in uniform and his gun was found on ground by the teenager during that fight. i'm shocked. area pretty quiet like nothing really happens or goes on around here. during fight police police say other teens jumped out car and held parillo down on ground until the police arrived. the suffolk county sheriff's department says officers parillo was immediately placed on administrative leave. the allegations are troubling and we take them very sea receiver outsly pending investigation we will take appropriate actions. >> and parillo was arraigned earlier today on multiple charges. >> police are on alert after a close call in brockton over the weekend. investigators saying a stray bullet flew into a woman's home during a drive by shooting on bowl stone police early sunday morning. police say they found a handgun

which may be connected to that shooting. >> 11-year-old woke up to tell me she was scared. >> my other one ran into and mommy what's going on. we looked out window, and you could see the light from the guns going off. it just kept ongoing. going and going. luckily no one was hurt. and tonight, police do not report having anyone in this case. >> everett high school football star is recovering tonight. he was a stabbed on the street just hours after playing the game of his life. susan tran is in everett. susan he was just trying to help someone who was in trouble. that's right adam he heard someone was in trouble and went to help. friends say that's the type of guy he is. as well as being a stand out student here everett high school and a star football player. but ned instead of preparing for for next game he's recovering in hospital after being stabbed. >> everett high school football team practiced for play off without a key player monday afternoon. 16-year-old marvin had just led his team victory saturday in

saying she's lucky to be alive. >> and a first time a we're hearing young wop who lost an arm and boating accident. and really so much more. she has come a long way since accident and she tells night team cheryl fiandaca she actually feels lucky to be alive. this is an interview you will see on just one station. >> i was getting a football out of the water. and started swimming back to the boat. when i got closer, you know, they throughout a rope to me. and i grabbed on to get on the boat. you know i didn't know propeller was on. >> and the rope ended up going into propeller and pulling me in and under. that's the last thing nikki remembers before waking up in a hospital bed. i knew i had lost my arm. nikki's life changed forever back in may. when she and girlfriend accepted an invitation to go boating in boston.

things by herself. sometimes it is hard to let her. so i just have to you know, turn away and let her do it. when you look back some of the things she's doing, and you look back and say it's only be just over four months you can't but be proud of everything she's done. nikki's a fighter who faces life's challenges every day. >> everything takes ten times longer i can still do it. just striel and error. what would you say is probably the most difficult thing for you right now? >> probably accepting help from people i have a rule that i have to try it at least once if i ask for help, then i'll, need help. but otherwise i want to do everything by myself. it's hard. because you don't want to you know hurt the people that are trying to do a good thing. you know, so that's difficult for me. but i'm very lucky with you know, that i had injuries that i did. they could have been so much worse. you know, so try to look at the positive things. >> nikki has already been fitted
